Every product detail page clearly identifies if an item is:
a. ELIGIBLE for return, or
b. NOT ELIGIBLE for return (final sale)
Items eligible for return must be:
a. sent to the manufacturer within 5 days of the date it was delivered to you.
b. sent to the manufacturer in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
Please note that restocking fees and return freight may apply.
To Initiate a Return
1. Go to the Orders tab of your GreysonPlace.com account
2. Click on the order number for the item(s) you would like to return
3. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email
1. If you wish to apply your credit to your GreysonPlace.com account, return shipping is free
2. If you wish to apply your credit to your original credit or debit card used for payment, return shipping will be deducted from that payment
For items shipped via FedEx that are eligible for return, please refer to the chart below for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items
